1. The plating content of zinc-5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy coated steel wire and zinc-10% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy coated steel wire The test method for the content of aluminum and aluminum shall be implemented in accordance with the current national standard “Zinc-5% aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy coated steel wire and strand” GB/T20492.

3. 5. Plating adhesion test shall be carried out according to the current national standard "Metallic Materials, Wire Winding Test Method" GB/T2976 test. The coating attached to the steel wire shall not crack.

6. After the 2000-hour salt spray type test of coated PVC steel wire, the penetration depth and flat end depth of steel wire corrosion should be less than 15mm.

7, PVC protective film thickness should be 0.4-0.6mm, PVC raw material density should be 1.3kg/m3-1.35kg/m3, PVC raw material Shore D hardness should be 50-60.

8, PVC raw material embrittlement temperature test should be in accordance with the current national standard "determination of low temperature brittleness of vulcanized rubber, single sample method" GB/T1682 implementation, embrittlement temperature should not be higher than -9 °C.

9, PVC raw material tensile strength and elongation at break test should be in accordance with the current national standard "Determination of plastic tensile properties of the first part: General" GB/T1040.1 implementation. Tensile strength should not be less than 20.6Mpa, elongation at break should not be less than 180%.

10. The elastic modulus of PVC raw materials includes tensile elastic modulus and bending elastic modulus. The test should be carried out according to the current industry standard "Test Methods for Tensile and Bending Elastic Modulus of Plastics" JB/T6544. The elastic modulus should not be low. At 18.6Mpa.

11. The anti-wear performance test of PVC raw materials shall be carried out according to the current national standard "Test method for plastic sliding friction and wear" GB3960.

12. The median diameter of the filler should be between 1.5D-2.0D.
