Drainage load capacity has a direct relationship with the construction of drainage ditch foundation groove. Drains with load requirements must be placed on the corresponding size of the concrete base groove. The excavation size of the base trough should be based on the location of the drainage ditch design. The bottom of the gutter should be reserved on the bottom and on both sides of the drainage trough to be used for pouring concrete foundations to ensure the loading requirements of the drainage ditch.
The specific reserved space size should be determined according to the design requirements of the drainage system and the concrete grade. Refer to the following table.
2. Pouring foundation base foundation.
For special design requirements, such as the E600 to F900 load-bearing flumes, size H requires reinforcement of the 8 mm reinforced mesh grid structure. Placing concrete foundations that meet the requirements of bearing grades with cement concrete.
3. Laying trench drain and catch basins.
The principle of laying trench drain and catch basins is to first lay down trench drain or inspection well at the outlet of the drainage system. If the design of the outlet of the drainage system is connected to the municipal drainage system, the inspection well connected with the municipal drainage system is preferably laid, and then trench drains and catch basins are laid against the direction of the water flow. If the drainage system design is directly discharged into open ditches, it is preferred that trench drain and catch basins connected to drainage ditches be laid. Then lay the trench drains and catch basins against the water flow direction.
4. Pouring drains and concrete on both sides of the catchment well.
The concrete pouring height on both sides can be consistent with the actual height of the ground. During the pouring process, it is necessary to avoid the left and right displacements of the trench drains and the catch basins and to avoid deep penetration of the joint between the adjacent trench drains.
When laying the surface pavement connected to the drain cover, it is recommended to point the drain cover at a certain slope in order to collect road surface water.
5. Trench drain joints waterproof treatment.
If the trench drain needs to be strictly waterproof, it is recommended to use a waterproof sealant and evenly apply it to the joints of the two drainage ditch. Clean up the excess sealant at the seams so as not to affect the drainage function.
6. Clean the drain and fix the cover.
Before the drainage system is formally used, the drain cover and the cover of the catch basins must be removed to clean the trench drain and catch basins.
